DIY Serving Tray Ideas

We’ve seen a lot of projects lately on DIY serving trays, and want to find a way to consolidate all the fun ideas we found to one place. What’s a better place than our blog!

Serving trays can be expensive, but we all know that no matter how much money you spend on it, they all serve one purpose. So why not just make one from things you can find around the home? Not only is it cheaper, you can customize it to fit your home decor. Here are a few of our favorite DIY serving tray ideas, all in one place!

Via Lovely Indeed

Via The Social Home

Picture frames make great serving trays as well. This one from The Social Home was made with a picture frame found at the dollar store!

Via Lowes

Repurpose an old serving tray with chalkboard paint! This one from Lowes is perfect for a dinner party!

Via Good Housekeeping

Can you believe this serving tray is made from an old cabinet door? Good Housekeeping shows you how you can make one too.

These are all so fun, but our favorite would have to be the chalkboard paint serving tray. No more getting the cheeses mixed up! Which one is your favorite? Have you tried any of these DIYs yourself?
